I purchased a mattress from Mark 11 months ago. I was very pleased with the service we received. Through no fault of theirs, our mattress did not hold up well. Mark couldn't have been any more helpful in helping us get a replacement from the manufacturer and he made sure that we were 100% satisfied(he actually made sure that we were 200% satisfied by making sure we received an even better product than we initially had purchased). Mark will receive my business for as long as he is in business. I will not go anywhere else and I will highly recommend Mark at Fasted to anyone in need of a mattress. Top notch customer service!!!
