Very good service. We were not told to buy an electrical cord when we purchased the new disposal and our installer was able to re-use the one we had. He was able to improvise with what he had to make the installation a success. Explained easily how to use the product and possible troubleshooting solutions. Was quick and very courteous. Great company!
