The work was scheduled between 11am and 5pm, Daryl W arrived at about 11:15am.
He looked at my old water heater '30yrs old" and talked about the state and city plumbing codes.
It was obvious the old water heater didn't comply with the codes as it was installed in 1985.
Daryl removed the old one and installed a new one explaining the codes and reasons for them.
If I need any service in the future, I'll call Fast water heater co., I'll be sure to ask for Daryl W.
By the way, the work was excellent!
