Called a couple glass shops because a rock cracked my windshield and Dennis called me back within a few minutes. Not only that but he was the only one to return my call. Very informative regarding the safety aspect of auto glass and why it should be done to factory specs. I never knew its importance. He scheduled me for the next day as he had to order the windshield. Showed up on time, looking very professional. Asked if I wanted to watch and I learned quite a bit. I had the windshield replaced several years ago the last time it cracked. The other glass shop had scratched the body of my car pretty heavily in many spots and it was starting to rust. Dennis spent about 20 minutes cleaning the rust and using a rust inhebitive primer to keep it from coming back. The other glass shop should have done that the first time. When he was done everything looked like brand new. He also restored my headlights after years of yellowing and all I can say is I feel like I have a new car. So nice to see at night again.
