Mark and the guys down at Sloan Ford in Columbia,TN really care about the customer. I was travelling to St Louis from Florida. I started having trouble with my car shutting off on me while I was driving. I called and talked with Mark the manager. He was very polite and took me right in even though he said they were busy and a little behind. When I got there everyone was so polite and they took my car in and in no time had the problem diagnosed and got me back on the road at a great price. I just can't thank them enough and just wish every dealer was modeled after this one !! Kudos to you !!
