Mike was here to address an on-going issue with our oil furnace. We had continually smelled oil and there was some oil leaking from the furnace. Through 4 to 5 hours of maintenance the job was completed. Everything was looked at in detail and some parts were replaced (fuel pump and burner blower). Through the process Mike replaced 3 smoke 90's on the water heater. He did a very thorough job and was very professional and polite. Dave was here as well and he was also top- notch.
They really wanted to solve this problem and asked to check in next week to look over their work.
I was very pleased with this response to our problem. By the way Phil who was here most recently got the ball rolling in regard to the point that there should not be any oil leaking at all. He was the first service person to tell us that in the years we were dealing with the oil smell.
Bottom line Mike,Dave and Phil were excellent!
