I would not use this firm for any matter relating to estate law. They parade as experts in estate law but took nearly 3 years to clear a relative's estate for which they did the planning and execution of the will. Fees will amount to nearly 15% of a relatively modest estate. The elder Robshaw should retire as his "bed side" manners with clients and his legal accuman/sophistication are both lacking.
