I called in a panic and told Nancy I only had $500 dollars to spend so she begins to school me like I'm 5 years old about the ways of the bail bond business like I should have already known. So I tell her I will call you right back. A few hours pass and I call back to give them my business and another worker reads notes back to me from an earlier conversation saying how rude I was and how I just hung up on Nancy. I said to her "wow, I call your company in a panic like probably every other person. I said I will call back but I didn't say good bye.
