Jeffrey Jackson was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and enjoyable to work with. He worked quickly and efficiently and had a very pleasant personality. He knows what he is doing and takes pride, enjoyment in his work. My heavily soiled, 8 year old carpet looks almost new again! I hope I will be able to schedule my next appointment with Jeffrey. He even gave tips for my cleaning of the carpet.
