My husband and I were very satisfied with the installation, customer service, and working knowledge of Shane L. and Fast Water Heater Company. We had purchased and brought home a toilet from Home Depot with Fast Water Heater to install. There ended up being a hair-line crack in the tank, but Shane went a picked up another to install and did so a couple days later. He was very courteous, respectful and also did a "clean" job! We appreciate the care he and his company took to complete the job in a timely manner.
