I ordered well in advance, the delivery was on a regular week day - no holiday or peak season issues, and they didn't deliver the roses/chocolates/card until the day after my 25th wedding anniversary. They try to make it look like it will be local when you order, but the flowers come in a box that looks like it's toner for a copy machine coming from China. But hey, they included the invoice with a breakdown of all the prices - very romantic! The only response I got from complaining to Avas was an offer for 10% off on the next order. Now that's funny.
