I ordered an item on Monday, received confirmation of purchase and then an email stating it was in production. Five days later I receive an email that is simply a copy of my receipt and says item not available. No explanation, no offer to replace it with another item, no apology and, most importantly, no refund. You would think a small store would find customer service important, but apparently this is a very unprofessional business. Don't order from them unless you want your money stolen!
