I have been getting these cheesecakes as Christmas gifts for years, and they are quite good. My issue is with customer service. My cheesecake was at my door late on a Saturday afternoon. When we opened the box, the dry ice was gone and the cheesecake was completely thawed. When I called the company to ask when it was shipped, I was told it was shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday according to UPS records. Since we did not get the delivery until Saturday, it was probably delivered to a wrong address, but I am just guessing. When I asked what could be done, I was told that I could contact UPS if I wanted to, but they had done nothing wrong. They refused to do anything to make this good or to follow up themselves with UPS. They claim it is not their fault. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with them again. Our $50 cheesecake had to be trashed and no replacement was offered or given. more
