I struggled with back pain, hip pain, headaches and shoulder pain since high school. I have seen numerous chiropractors, doctors, specialists, physical therapists..you name it! I was losing hope. I thought I had long damaged my back beyond repair from the snowboarding injuries, numerous concussions, having overly developed breasts as a young girl that caused low back curvature and injuries from working with highly aggressive clients who had behavioral issues.
The last 2 years I was seeing the same chiropractor 3 .. sometimes 4 or 5 times a week and still not getting relief. I was miserable and couldn't do the dishes without lower back pain. I found my social life was gone and nothing sounded fun anymore because I knew if I went out..i'd be in pain for days after.
I did some research and on a last ditch effort decided to try a chiropractor with massage..and by luck i googled and found Bridges Chiropractic.
I now consider myself so lucky to have found them. In one month I have felt more different then I've had in the past 5 years. I can go on hikes, get up in the morning and stand up straight. Dr. Josh not only helped find that alot of my issues were related to the nerves and past concussions, but he gave me hope that some of this could eventually be corrected and I could have relief!
He wasn't lieing. I have had relief. The team at Bridges has become a welcoming group that I love to see each week. I know the care i'm getting isn't a waste, and its not for the money. They don't set me up for unneeded extra appointments to get the extra money from insurance and don't try to sell me products or therapies I don't need like past doctors have.
Bridges Chiropractic has truly given me a new lease on life...and did I mention I'm only 28? For being a 28 year old and having such a damaged back, I was lucky to have found Dr. Josh and his team because they are giving me my young years back to enjoy more and do more things.
