Have had aid for 2weeks and can not believe how great it is. Heard a swooshing. Sound and looked up to see a raven flying 10' overhead. No loud clangs or other extraneous noises. Almost no wind noise outside. I am very happy with not only the new aid but the level of service. I would give 10 stars if possible
