We purchased our house 4 years ago and the previous owner had Everdry waterproof the basement in 1990--the house was built in the 1950's. We keep up the warranty for the home. Which was very nice that it was transferable. Our previous home always had water or moisture in the basement....our current house is Dry Dry Dry. No moisture, no musty smells, no peeling paint and no mold. A few years ago there was a lot of rain and numerous neighbors had water in their basements. Not us. Dry as a desert. I would highly recommend EverDry!----
