Today your agent James E represented your business very well. Arriving at our home at the appointed time and well-prepared to conduct the furnace tune-up, he was professionally dressed--even down to his shoe covers protecting our floors. To top it all off, he sported a great sense of humor. Taking notice of my lame attempt to duct tape the old filter in place to create a better seal, he took the time to re-align the filter flange to EXACTLY fit the filter! Now, THAT IS TRUE SERVICE--and it caused me to sign up for another year's service contract. I love these guys!! Any Hour Services--and they mean it!!
