I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service that I received from Aiello. I am a 10 year+ customer so if they will do it to me then they will do it to you. First they convinced me that I needed a new furnace to the tune of $4,600 and then after the new one fails they convince me that the problem is possibly various electrical parts and not the furnace. Which led me to the logical conclusion that my old furnace was probably fine, so no need for a new one. I called the company and spoke to Steve Birch, General Manager and he explained that his first priority was to get heat to the house (I agreed) and we would handle the big complaint/issue of my wife and I possibly buying a furnace we probably did not need after heat was restored. They came out on 4 separate occasions to fix the so called "component problems" to no avail, though eventually it was fixed. The larger issue is that we feel we may have unnecessarily been sold a furnace. Unfortunately after repeated calls (4 at my last count) I still not have heard from Steven Birch the General Manager. The company leader who said he would call me back in 24-48 hours. I am hesitant to ever call out anyone for their integrity and lack of service; because honest mistakes happen, but at this point Steven Birch leaves me no choice but to question both his honesty and integrity as a business man and person. I have done business with this company for over a decade and for him to not provide me the courtesy of a phone call after multiple attempts (always in a meeting and will call back shortly) is a blatant disregard for both service and integrity.
