my call was forwarded to a mobile phone and someone answered as "hello". I said I was trying to reach Simi Valley Appliance Repair and the person said he was that. I asked where they were located and he said "mobile" and hung up. I called back and then only got voice mail that said the mail box was full and unable to take a message. Not very businesslike.
