Wonderful salesman (Jack) who reassured us about customer satisfaction and company policies, being all about a good customer experience. Wrong! We purchased what we thought was a nice reclining sofa. First one deliver was damaged. Then, the second one delivered was damaged. We refused to to accept and emended that they take both and refund our money. We had to spend several hours on the phone with the store manager to get the refund and have the original sofa taken by the delivery crew. The customer service people were of no help at all. We called the customer service manager and never received a return call. Terrible experience. They had nothing but excuses and they were unwilling to take responsibility. Would NOT recommend buying here. Check out all the complaints with Hudsons. We wish we would have been more thorough before we made the purchase.
