The wait was not bad, 5-10 minutes and I was frightened because of a lump on my chin that had developed over night. I was immediately put at ease, my treatment was explained to me in a calm and comforting nature and the medical staff was simpy amazing. They spent enough time with me to answer all of my questions and I made a follow up appointment before leaving. Thank you for making a scary experience less so!
