I came down to K&L Glass Inc in person last Saturday 11/5/2016, requested for Maintenance service for sagging shower's glass door which they installed 3 years ago.
The requested-service date is Friday 11/11/16, between 10am to 12pm. They took notes of Invoice my invoice #, Name and phone information. and gave me price of $100 for the service. Did not mention that someone will call.
Today, No one shows up, no calls from this company. I called them they said they don't have the record and ask me the name of employee who took my order. To make long story short, they blamed on the worker and ask me to wait for someone to call back in a week.
I have to rated 1 star for this company.
I wish Judy's book has minus stars on the rating .
Never do business with them again. From now on, I will go to big company like Home Depot not little company.
