If you don't mind losing your computer for 3- 4 weeks ... bring it here! Then be prepared to have your head chewed off for calling on the status after that 4 weeks (when they've told you 2-3 days). If you're lucky you won't receive the barrage of nasty emails telling you how incompetent you are on a computer. I run a small business and would never dream of treating a customer so poorly. And NEVER buy a computer from them they stand behind nothing. Finally, after taking 4 different computers to them, all were worse than when I took them in. more
