We had a very negative experience with this company. We hired them to replace the carpet in our home with laminate flooring. Their quote and invoice claimed it would take 2-3 days to complete the project, and that payment would be required after satisfactory completion of the project. After a month of very slow progress, we discontinued their work and offered to pay them for labor based on the portion of the work that was complete. They insisted on being paid in full for labor, even though there was significant work left. When we resisted, they began to rip flooring out that they had already installed (even though we had already paid for the materials), damaging walls and the flooring. We urge anyone considering this company to seek another contractor -- this one is unreliable, slow, and, based on our experience, is likely to violate the terms of your work agreement.
