I appreciate the service provided by Black Hills. They send a picture of the tech so that I will recognize authenticity which I appreciate. Travis is very professional and thorough. They called wanting to come earlier than the scheduled time which I also appreciated. My only negative comment is not about Travis but this is the second year that they did not come in 6 months to replace the filters. Travis agreed to get it straightened out.
