This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Shawn was very friendly and made sure my carpet was clean. His technique for cleaning by pretreating the carpet first I never had that done before. My cat was frightened running all over made Shawn help me keep up with the cat. Shawn advised me that he should go back over the heavy traffic area and did so. Beautiful.. I am very pleased with the service. Customer service rep., Monica was wonderful. I am physically unable to speak. They needed to confirm my date and time. I was getting voice mails but I could not answer and talk to her. My sister did the initial call and I told her to have them send me emails so I could respond. After that, I received emails so I could give confirmation and I was so glad Monica understood my situation and I kept the appointment and as stated everything today was very professional and the team friendly. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you.
