I ordered a blanket photo using a living social coupon on 12/12. When it hadn't arrived by 12/28, I called to check. They said the deadline for XMAS delivery was 12/11. I don't remember that anywhere, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told it would be mailed the next week. Two days later I received an e-mail saying they only had 5 of the 9 pictures and that I should upload 4 more. Not sure why the service rep couldn't tell me that. I instructed them to use the 5 they had. I was told I would have it the following week. A week later, another service rep told me it would be one more week. It finally arrived on 1/28 - and get this - it was printed with 8 pictures. Obviously, I didn't send them just 5. They were obviously overwhelmed with holiday orders - especially due to the living social offer. They clearly have no system to actually track the status of orders. All of the service reps were really nice, so I don't think they were lying to me. I just don't think they really knew. Also, one promised to verify the status of the order and e-mail me. She never did. The final product looks good, but I give them an F for dependability.
