After having 2 different/competitive service repair shops try and fail to fix my ATV (costing me hundreds of dollars), I found Rick at RC Motorsports and reached out to him. Rick was patient with me as I explained my situation and walked him through what I was experiencing with this ATV. Rick assured me he understood the symptoms and could get my ATV back in solid working order. After dropping it off with Rick, I received a call only a few quick days later from Rick and he had worked the problem and fixed the issues! This ATV works better now then it did when I bought it ! I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Rick at RC Motorsports. I truly appreciate Rick....as he patiently listened, diagnosed the problem, made a commitment to take care of me, and 100% delivered on that commitment!! Now that's what a great business does !!!
