Unfortunately, the quality of this particular State Farm agency has deteriorated significantly since Tim took over the business for his father. Customer service is severely lacking, and the office is particularly error prone. At one point, Tim double-insured one of our vehicles and left another uninsured for several months simply because they were the same make. Only when we checked our quarterly statement did we discover his error. Avoid Tim Shoopman and go with just about any other State Farm agent in Denton.
