There are no amenties, tenants are allowed to harrass other tenants. Lies constantly during the interview process. Dog feces everywhere. Dishwasher don't work. I Had to go to the building code commission to get the human feces out of the pipes on the bathroom. My health has decreased being in the environment and had to get doctor treatment for living conditions. Kids are allowed to beat on your Windows and doors. They keep preferential treatment for specific tenants and those tenants are allowed to terrorize people. Parking spaces are numbered but if another tenant wants it. Management with threaten evictions to pacify them. Police officers have told me the management is incompetent and false reports against tenants are regularly allowed. I had to file restraining orders against tenants because of the harrassment. 9 months of sewage leaking out of walls. 6 months of no dishwasher and broken seals around toilets and sinks in bathrooms. Management does not protect the tenant from other tenants. They prefer to make threats to the ones they don't want around and pamper the ones that kiss their azz. If u don't need a place to stay. Do Not apply. Poor management, no amenities with dog feces on the ground and human feces coming out the pipes.
