All around just terrible service, and not just terrible internet connection itself, but horrible and rude customer service. They're connection always drops 5-10 a month, the over charge if you exceed 350gb which, personally I thought as a college student working two jobs who is never home wouldn't do but still manage to go over every month. And the worst part is when there's a problem the rude older lady who handles payments and customer problems, always has a I'm to good for my job attitude and I could careless for the customers. All around I personally wish Comcast was in the area. more
