In such a competitive market as Seattle this kind of availability was crucial. Once I was ready to make an offer Michael was invaluable in helping me prepare and schedule inspections. In less than four days he was able to put together a very competitive offer in time for the offer review date. He kept in constant communication with the selling agent and provided critical advice on improving my offer in the 11th hour that ended up winning the deal.
