We rented a smaller self-storage unit online in October, 2015. We have paid Oct., Nov., Dec., and Jan. fees. They faxed us on December 31st requesting more information including a copy of my driver's license. We faxed it back and today we received a call saying they were informing us they are selling the stuff in our unit for lack of a contract, not lack of payment, lack of a contract. I have a written contract sent to us right after paying online. DON'T USE THEM, trying to get information to them today led to a confirmation they did have a copy of the driver's license but needed more documents signed and sent. We did but we are notifying them with a two week notice of ending in January. Now we have to pick everything up and move it again in the dead of winter. NICE!!
