Kenneth was early for the appointment (perfect, just 5 min early. How great is that??), installed 3 new toilets, all upstairs, without complaint. He was friendly but professional and very neat and tidy. Left NO mess at all, mopped up and left things just perfect. Not often you think of someone installing new toilets cheerfully and professionally, but he did. Highly recommended.
