I had a Huge hornet's nest (ugly, horrible looking). I called different companies for pricing and Patriot Pest Solutions had the best price and Kim was the friendliest and most helpful on the phone. She gave me an appointment convenient for me. The day of my appointment the technician, James, was running late. This was not a problem because Linda called to let me know which I so appreciated. James called me direct a little bit later and gave me the exact time he would be at my house and he was there when he said. When James arrived he was friendly and informative. He took care of the hornet's nest. I had seen activity a few days later and Linda had James come back out with no hesitation. This business had fantastic customer service. They were wonderful to work with - all three of them. I would definitely use them again if I need to and would certainly recommend them. They are the best!
