I was recently in a league outing at WCG with 47 golfers in our group. They destroyed our outing by having us skip holes due to their over scheduling of their course. They had our group tee off at 8am but started us late then before everyone could finish they started sending scores of youth golfers onto the course on a shotgun start from holes 1-13. Sending 4 foursomes onto the par three hole with the youth squad right on our heals. There was NO way some of us could finish even by skipping the holes which we paid for to play on. There end result for messing up our outing was giving 7 golfers a $26 voucher for another day.
Talk about a terrible experience and poor customer service. They had absolutely NO clue on how to handle their mess that they created and their poor excuse of a token remedy , well just say they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Our league will NEVER EVER consider them as a host for our league outing again and at a loss of at least $2500 in revenue that we would bring them. I hope they are happy with what they did.
I would NEVER tell anyone to ever play that course again, good-bye WCG.
