I would like to thank Jon Miller for his outstanding help in getting my sewer problem repaired. When I contacted Jon it was the holiday weekend and he was away on vacation. He still returned my call and helped me to get onto the Doctor Fix-It schedule. The dispatcher (Alicia) was very responsive and worked with me to get on the schedule calling me back during the holiday weekend to offer me a better time when it became available. The visiting technician (Jamie) that helped to determine the problem was so professional and courteous that I didn’t feel any pressure or anger. Jon came out to verify his findings and share the camera view with me. Once we saw the problem (Roots in the line), Jon wrote up my options and let me decide what I wanted them to do. My decision was to replace the Tap to the city line. This was going to be a major street repair. Jon had to get a city Permit besides coordinating the utility companies, the city inspector, the cement company and his crew. I was very impressed on how all this happened in just the one day. Doctor Fix-It came highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I would also like to highly recommend them.
