During a recent heat wave, one of our A/C compressor units stopped working. I called in the morning and Signature was able to send out a technician that same day afternoon. Joe Sarbello arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem (a blown capacitor) and the A/C was up and running in a few minutes. Joe was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He provided information on a HVAC service plan that is available from Signature and I did sign up for the plan but Joe was very objective about it and did not try to push it on me. I also decided at the last minute to install surge protectors on the fan blower motors as a preventative measure and although that work was not scheduled, Joe was kind enough to squeeze that in before going off to his next scheduled appointment. He also crawled into the attic space, which was like an oven that day, to check out the fan blower and the plenums for our multi-zone system to answer a question I had about our system (we had just moved into our house and I was not that familiar with the HVAC system in the house).
