To be honest the internet service is mediocre.. There are connectivity issues with it daily as well when I politely called and reported it they asked me what do I want. I relayed that I needed the issue fixed because I work from home. The woman from the repair department replied we'll have someone out there this afternoon, when I asked her what time she said when we can. She was very rude and unhelpful. I guess when your in a small town like Hartwell these businesses feel as if they can treat you any way because you have no other options available. You get no stars... From a real consumer and not a friend, family member or employee.
