I just changed my insurance agency because the woman who sit next to the front door. I went there to change my insurance policy because I don't need the tow service and the rental car. My car already has two years free roadside assistant. She said something very bad to me. She said "?di???,??????,?di????" She give me a very bad attitude. She said can't find the change in the computer. and then transfer me to the supervisor. How long you work for there? "personal account executive" You are not new. How your business make money from? Many company treat the customer not as the customer. They think we just go there for help. We ask them for help. Not because we pay the money for insurance. more
