The plumber comes in says he knows what the problem is (because he seen it all) says he has to rip out the wall to fix the problem its going to cost $300.00 to $400.00 hundred minimum.We go down stairs and he finds out we have copper not lead pipes( remember he knows all) good news he says don"t have to rip out the wall.But I don"t have the part I will go see if I have part at home, I live close by.I didn't know that was code for I'm going to lunch and i'm going to charge you $189.00 hr for it.He comes back fixes it in a half hour and charges me you guessed it $300.00 . Know matter what, I was going to get billed $300.00. I got burned and will never get burned again by them.
