They claim to offer support 24/7. I called Saturday at 1:30pm when our AC stopped working. I left a voice mail and also used their online form. No answer all weekend, and still didn't return a call on Monday. Several days later, and still no response. Bottom line, don't wait for Terry to call you back - he won't...find someone else.
