My Samsung microwave broke down(Door switch, SEC error code) and Mr.appliance technician showed up and informed me that I have to pay for replacing the door switch and SEC error code will be covered by Samsung. Technician was professional and fixed both the issues. After couple of weeks, someone from My.appliance calls back saying that I have to pay for the SEC repair. When I informed him above it covered by Samsung, he got nasty and started using foul language. I should have bought a new one instead of going through all the hassle. I would say they are bunch of thugs trying to trick you.. Please stay away. more
