After waiting 4 weeks to have refrigerator repaired, had appt scheduled to have compressor replaced. Confirmed appt and if part was in 2 days prior, the day of appt no show at scheduled time. Called them and thry stated they could not find the part. Due to warranty coverage from mnf had to use them. After locating part they scheduled repair for a week later. 6 weeks without refrigerator in July. Did nothing to try and make the inconvenience right. more
