can You say ROACH WARFARE!!! They re not the type that come out when you turn the lights out... They come out while you're eating...or when your hosting guest ...like they also want to partake in the festivities . They're in the shower... in the hamper ... You even find them frozen in the freezer as if theyve attempted to grab a snack but didn't make it!!!my my building has had 3 doors kicked in the last 5 weeks... 2 in one week....they finally got the gates working after claiming they would be ready 2-3 months ago....WORSE MAINTENANCE CREW EVER... THEY WORK out of what appears to be a "trap house " with burglar bars on it . 8 work orders placed since February and one complete!!! Including AC!!! Worse ac unit ever!! Doesn't matter if u set it to 68 or 80... It runs all day causing a nightmare of an electricity bill.... How the resident assistants sleep at night ...I don't know... I'd feel better being a drug dealer than a R.A. at this complex...because it's Robbery at its best
