The project started out great, and was promising. I felt very comfortable hiring Keith to begin with. He has deceived me greatly. From the beginning, I was told that permits may take four to six weeks, and I got them in two days. Keith, promised to start construction as soon as we got the permits, but was way in over his head with other projects. He did not start the project until 10 weeks later. Keith had promised that the project would still be complete at the agreed time frame, and 3 months after the completion date, he has yet to complete it. The excessive and compulsive lies that i have been fed throughout the project, the cheating of the system, through falsely installing what looked like a new service line to pass the plumbing inspection, to the unsafe practices with all of his workers drinking on the job (excessively) and smoking in my home.
They caused severe damage to my tub and will not replace it or compensate me for it. They have stolen many items from my home throughout the process. They installed plumbing lines that leaked and caused damage to my floors and the basement ceiling below.
The accounting manager at Priority Construction Management LLC collaborates with Keith and does quite some numbers on their practices. They have attempted to mislead me and charge me for extras that were clearly not outlined within the project. For example, I was quoted $4500 for cabinetry, and he tried to charge me $6700 for it after the fact.
There are hundreds of emails that Keith does not read. He likes to bring up irrelevant conversations and elaborate on things that are not important to avoid actual problems at hand.
Their drywall guys did not take off any moldings to complete the drywall work properly. Instead, they went around the moldings, and it looks horrible. The patchwork around the moldings and casings is disgusting.
These are just a few items that I thought I would mention; the most unethical workmanship and dishonest behavior practiced by Priority Construction Management LLC.
