My internet connection is intermittent with it randomly dropping out at time. Their customer service is ok, but I've had difficulty with getting the run around before and being transferred a lot. Plus I have difficulty understanding Indianan accents soooo, there's that too. There was also this really pushy guy trying to sell me a cable package. I don't get angry very often, but this guy really pissed me off. It was months ago and it still makes me mad.No means no.
