Bought a leather chair that has deteriorated to the point of throwing it away. Complained to customer service that the chair finish was "flaking off" (yes, a leather chair that flakes off) and I was told the warranty was for a year only. I was embarrassed to have it in my home. No effort by the store to make it right. lt was my first and last shopping at Hemisphere. No effort on their part to adjust the claim.
