I had a request for fencing for my property from the new renter and she was quite aggressive about wanting me to take care of that situation as soon as possible. I felt she was unreasonable and not realistic with her expectations as the renter. Zach stepped right up and represented me in the discussion with the renter and heard what I asked for and was detailed in his explanations about my position. I felt Zack was thoughtful and offered the support I needed in the situation. I felt that I was protected fro direct communication with my renter because Zack would "cover my back: I appreciated his helping me to close this situation for me.
