Worst salon experience of my life! They fried my hair, they cut off 14 inches, then still made me pay!!
My mom recently went there with a gift certificate. She was harassed by the manager about how he schedule was set up, the scheduler said nothing, my mom didn't receive all of her services, they didn't cut her hair right, she was not refunded for the services she didn't receive, and she ended up leaving in tears. Did I mention the manager harassed her, didn't believe a word she said, ignored her when she tried to speak, and was just generally rude an disrespectful.
How can they still be in business??? DO NOT GO TO SHAKTI!!!!
I'm only giving them a star because it is required. They don't deserve stars.
